Most babies here do not wear diapers when they are very little. They wear bottoms called split pants and I guess the parents know when they have to go and they undo the childs pants and let them go to bathroom.
What?!?!?! That's all well and good **IF** the parents know when the kid needs to go, but what if they don't??? Then what happens? And can only Asian parents predict this? This isn't a Canadian culture thing, eh?
